  • Puncture proof

  • Flat proof

  • High durability under heavy load

  • Long lasting

  • The best option if running over nails or metal in your terrain

  • Excellent for indoor use or light outdoor use

  • Great for rough applications

  • Not for uneven surfaces

Cushion Press-On Band Tires

  • Easy to maintain

  • Excellent handling in smaller and tighter spaces

  • Smaller turning radius

  • Lower profile provides more stability and safety

  • Optimal rolling resistance which allow a higher battery life on electric forklifts

  • Less prone to chipping and chucking

  • Best for smooth surface applications, primarily indoors (i.e. warehouses and manufacturing facilities)  or smooth outdoor areas (i.e. loading docks, concrete and asphalt)

  • Does not offer the same level of traction as a pneumatic tire, particularly outdoors

Pneumatic Forklift Tires

  • Thick, deep tread

  • Strong wear-resistant rubber

  • High performing and versatile

  • Softer ride

  • Extends the running life of a forklift by providing a cushion effect between the forklift and the ground

  • Excellent grip on on uneven surfaces, rough terrain, gravel, and asphalt

  • Popular on construction sites, in lumber yards and indoor/outdoor warehouses

Polyurethane Tires

  • Generally used for indoor applications (i.e. reach trucks and walkie stackers)

  • Popular choice of material handling industry

  • Increased efficiency

  • Reduced drag

  • Load capacity of polyurethane greatly exceed that of rubber tires

  • Small rolling resistance extends running life

  • Has more chunk/tear/crack/abrasion resistance than rubber tires

  • Excellent non-marking tires

  • Performs better in inside operations than rubber tires

The tire fill system is a three step process. The tire is first cleaned, and prepped. All contaminants, sealant, calcium chloride, water, and dirt is removed. Next, air is removed from the tire cavity and replaced with liquid polyurethane rubber. Finally, the liquid-filled tire goes through a curing process that ensures pliability and rubber resiliency that mimics the spring and yield of a conventional air filled tire. You will get a smooth shock absorbent ride and decrease workplace injuries and wear on your equipment.

Tire fill is suited for all varieties of pneumatic industrial and construction tires and can operate successfully at speeds up to fifty-five miles per hour (55 MPH).
